Welcome to Bazman.ai! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bazman.ai website, platform, and automated scheduling services (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is owned and operated by Paka Technologies Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), an Israeli limited liability company. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Bazman.ai is an automated, AI-powered scheduling platform that interacts with users and third-party participants via messaging applications (such as WhatsApp) to coordinate and schedule meetings automatically.
No Human-Driven Services: Please note that Bazman.ai is a 100% automated software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We do not provide human-driven services, manual scheduling, virtual assistant consulting, or any human-in-the-loop operational services. All scheduling, language processing, and messaging are performed entirely by artificial intelligence algorithms.
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries regarding your billing and handles all secure transactions. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle’s terms and conditions. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring schedule (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.
We provide a Free Trial that allows you to fully test, experience, and evaluate the Service before making a purchase. If you choose to purchase a subscription and find that the Service does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day refund window for your initial purchase. You may request a full refund within exactly 14 days of your initial purchase date by contacting our support team at hi@pakatec.com. After the 14-day window has passed, all subscription payments become final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for cancelled subscriptions, unused AI message credits, or mid-billing cycle cancellations after this period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Paddle, and you will continue to have access to your remaining credits and the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.
To provide the Service, Bazman.ai deeply integrates with several third-party platforms and APIs. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Communication Providers (e.g., Twilio, Meta/WhatsApp): We use third-party providers like Twilio to send and receive WhatsApp messages. We are not responsible for any delivery failures, latency, or account suspensions caused by Twilio or Meta's policies.
- AI Providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic): The conversational intelligence of the Service relies on third-party Large Language Models (LLMs). We do not control these underlying models and are not liable for their temporary downtime or API limits.
- Calendar Providers (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook): The Service requires OAuth access to your calendar. We are not responsible for sync issues or API changes implemented by Google or Microsoft.
By using the Service to contact third-party individuals ("Participants"), you represent and warrant that you have a prior relationship with these Participants or have otherwise obtained their legally valid consent to be contacted via WhatsApp or SMS for scheduling purposes. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable anti-spam and telecommunication laws in your jurisdiction.
You acknowledge that Bazman.ai utilizes machine learning and AI. While we strive for high accuracy, AI can sometimes misinterpret natural language, generate unexpected responses ("hallucinations"), or make logical errors. You are responsible for reviewing your connected calendar to ensure meetings are scheduled correctly. Paka Technologies Ltd. is not liable for any missed meetings, double bookings, offended participants, or financial losses resulting from AI misinterpretations.
To ensure high-quality service and prevent abuse, you agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or harassing messages.
- Artificially inflate AI conversation lengths or abuse the system to generate excessive API usage.
- Reverse engineer the Service or use it for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Fair Use Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. PAKA TECHNOLOGIES LTD. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAKA TECHNOLOGIES LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; OR (B) ANY CONDUCT, CONTENT, OR API FAILURE OF ANY THIRD PARTY INTEGRATED WITH THE SERVICE.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
