These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bazman's AI-powered scheduling platform and related services (the "Service") provided by Bazman LTD ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Bazman provides an AI-powered scheduling platform that automates meeting coordination through various communication channels, including WhatsApp integration.

Our Service includes:

  • AI-driven meeting scheduling and coordination
  • Automated participant communication via WhatsApp and other channels
  • Calendar integration and synchronization
  • Meeting analytics and reporting
  • Contact management and organization

User Accounts & Responsibilities

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
  • One person or legal entity may maintain only one account

Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and legitimate business needs
  • Do not spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages through our platform
  • Respect the privacy and rights of meeting participants
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Billing & Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change our prices with 30 days' advance notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

Credit System

  • Each AI interaction and automated message consumes credits
  • Credits reset monthly based on your subscription plan
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
  • Additional credits can be purchased as needed

AI Service Limitations

While our AI is designed to be highly accurate, it is not perfect. Users acknowledge:

  • AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate
  • Users should review AI-generated communications before approval
  • Complex scheduling scenarios may require human intervention
  • We continuously improve our AI but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bazman LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit to our platform
  • You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services
  • You represent that you have rights to all content you submit

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease immediately
  • We will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it
  • No refunds will be provided for prepaid subscription fees
  • These Terms will remain in effect for applicable provisions
